Submitting Payments to VDx

VDx currently offers two methods to pay monthly invoices:

Check Payments

Please make checks payable to VDx and include account number on checks.
Checks should be remitted to following address:

ACH Payments

You can enroll in VDx autopay by ACH, or make a one-time ACH payment.

VDx Autopay

• With VDx Autopay, your account will be automatically debited your balance due on the 20th of each month.
• To enroll, please download, complete and return this form.
• There is no charge to use this service and you can cancel at any time.

One-time ACH Payment

• To make a single one-time ACH payment, please download, complete and return this form.
• There is no charge to use this service and you can cancel at any time.
